Jaiz Bank Rebranding

Jaiz Bank rebranding takes effect with new colours, logo, and strategy aimed at digital innovation, customer focus, and future growth in the banking sector

Jaiz Bank rebranding has officially commenced as the non-interest bank announced a transformation of its corporate identity, effective August 19, 2025.

The move signals a refreshed commitment to innovation, customer empowerment, and sustainable growth.

In a disclosure to the Nigerian Exchange Limited on Tuesday, the bank confirmed that its rebranding includes a new logo, colour scheme, and visual identity.

The updated colours—deep blue, yellow, and grey—were carefully chosen to reflect trust, stability, energy, and professionalism, aligning with the bank’s forward-looking aspirations.

“This strategic transformation marks a significant milestone in the bank’s journey to better serve its customers, embrace digital innovation, and expand its footprint in the financial services industry,” the statement read.

Jaiz Bank emphasized that the rebranding is more than cosmetic.

It reflects the bank’s evolution into a future-ready, agile, and inclusive institution focused on smarter financial solutions for individuals, businesses, and communities.

With the new identity, the bank aims to deepen customer engagement, project a more dynamic presence, and support its ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Already a key player in Nigeria’s non-interest banking sector, Jaiz Bank recently surpassed the Central Bank of Nigeria’s recapitalisation threshold, well ahead of the March 2026 deadline.

This milestone followed the successful listing of N10.04 billion raised via a private placement earlier in the year, with approvals from the CBN, SEC, and NGX.
