Katsina United, under Coach Azeez Mohammed, aims for a positive result against Barau FC in NPFL matchday 32 this weekend
Katsina United technical adviser, Azeez Mohammed, has expressed confidence ahead of the team’s NPFL matchday 32 encounter against Barau FC at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano this weekend.
Mohammed stated that his players are fully aware of the stakes and are focused on securing a positive result. “The boys know what is at stake as we want to finish in a reputable position at the end of the season,” he said.
He added that familiarity with the Kano venue gives Katsina United an advantage, though he stressed the importance of fair officiating.
“Kano isn’t a new ground for us but I think we are going to get a good result against Barau FC. All I crave for is a good officiating in the game,” Mohammed noted.
The Chanji Boys are looking to consolidate their position in the league table as the season enters its final stages. Mohammed’s remarks highlight the team’s focus on discipline, preparation, and strategic play ahead of the crucial clash.
