Mohbad brother breaks silence over the late singer’s tragic death, shedding light on alleged abuse and violence that preceded his passing. In a recent interview, Adura, the brother of Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad, revealed disturbing details.
He claimed that show promoter Sam Larry and his men physically assaulted the singer while he was on set with rapper Zlatan. In another instance, Sam Larry allegedly pointed a gun at Mohbad during a confrontation.
Adura also accused Mohbad’s former label boss, Naira Marley, of orchestrating an attack at the Marlian house. “Naira Marley unleashed dogs on my brother while others beat him,” he said. “It was a pattern of intimidation and violence.”
Speaking on the confusion surrounding the time of Mohbad’s death, Adura stated that the singer was first taken to one hospital before being rushed to a second, where he was declared dead on arrival.
He noted that the first hospital has still not released a public statement.
Adura further disclosed that their father insisted on burying Mohbad the same night, a decision that has fuelled public speculation.
The family continues to call for justice amid ongoing investigations.
