Following a thorough investigation, NNPC Retail confirmed the misconduct occurred at the Ikorodu outlet and declared the behavior unacceptable, contradicting the company’s values of integrity and transparency.

In response, the pump attendant involved was immediately sacked, the station manager suspended, and the dealer issued a formal warning in line with the company’s sanction grid.

NNPC Retail also expressed gratitude to the public for their vigilance and urged customers to report any misconduct through official customer service channels available at all stations.
