Speaking with Peter Mbah, Cubana clarified that the movement is not a political party but a platform backing Tinubu’s re-election bid.

“The unique thing about this movement is that it’s made up of young people, mostly businessmen, not politicians. Our goal is the betterment of our neighbors,” Cubana said.

He emphasized unity and regional development, stating, “We stand solidly behind Mr. President and his re-election bid. Any Igbo has to be taken to the center. There must be balance, and there must be recognition of every region.”

We stand on Bola Tinubu’s mandate. The City Boy Movement is about the progress of Igbo land. Our people lack knowledge, and it is my responsibility to educate them.”
