NPFL legend Rabiu Ali, 45, vows to continue playing for Kano Pillars and aims to win more trophies this season
NPFL veteran Rabiu Ali, 45, has reaffirmed his commitment to Kano Pillars (Kano Pillars FC) and expressed his desire to continue playing beyond the current season.
Now in his 18th season with the four-time league champions, Ali has scored seven goals in 29 appearances for the Sai Masu Gida this campaign. The experienced midfielder emphasized that he remains fit and has plenty to offer the league.
“I’m fit, I still have a lot to offer in the league. When the time comes, I will retire, but for now I am still active and want to win many trophies with my club,” Ali told Nigerian Player Gallery.
Ali has already lifted the NPFL title four times with Kano Pillars and is determined to add more silverware before hanging up his boots.
