Barcelona have officially confirmed that right winger Roony Bardghji has been registered as a first team player and will now wear the number 19 shirt.
The 20-year-old Swede will vacate his previous number 28 jersey ahead of Barcelona’s Spanish Super Cup final clash with Real Madrid on Sunday.
Bardghji was among the standout performers in the semi-final against Athletic Club, demonstrating his readiness for senior-level competition.
He joined Barcelona B from Copenhagen last year and has now been promoted to the senior squad, signalling the club’s confidence in his abilities.
