Nollywood actress Sarah Martins reacts after a delivery rider who confessed love via DM reportedly lost his job. She calls his actions disrespectful
Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has addressed a situation involving a delivery rider who professed his “undying love” for her via Direct Message (DM), only to reportedly lose his job afterward.
The actress shared screenshots of the private conversation on her Instagram page, revealing that the rider accused her of looking down on him because he did not own a private jet.
Reacting to the messages, Sarah questioned whether she should feel guilty about the man’s misfortune.
“Should I feel sorry for making him lose his job??? I guess not,” she wrote.
She further expressed disbelief at the man’s confidence to confess his undying love despite his conduct.
“The audacity to even message me and still confess his undying love for me is what I can’t fathom!”
Sarah labelled the incident disrespectful and disgusting, saying it should serve as a lesson for others.
Social media reactions:
@iceboyibm: “Honestly, Sarah, I feel really disappointed about how this situation was handled… the dispatch rider simply expressed admiration after completing his delivery.”
@aisha.ada.12: “This is private and should stay private. Seriously, must everything be seen or heard?”
@__xo_mira: “People of his nature? If he was Seyi Tinubu, would you have posted it? Money doesn’t define feelings. You already turned him down, why post it?”
The post has sparked conversations about boundaries, respect, and the impact of publicising private interactions.
