Seyi Vodi NYSC donation has captured attention as the Nigerian fashion icon marked his 50th birthday by empowering recently discharged corps members with sewing machines.

Taking to Instagram, Seyi shared that he began Vodi Tailors using his NYSC allowance, a humble beginning that has now blossomed into a successful fashion empire.

“I started Vodi Tailors with my NYSC allowance… There is a story here with credit to NYSC and the Federal Government,” he wrote.

The generous act was carried out under the Activate Success Foundation’s Youth Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Summit (YEEP’25), in collaboration with Love Idoko.

Beneficiaries also toured the Vodi Fashion House to gain real-world insight into the possibilities within Nigeria’s fashion space.

Vodi emphasized that the donation wasn’t just charity—it was a strategic push to fuel youth creativity, entrepreneurship, and long-term value creation in tailoring.
