He said he approached Jude Okoye at an event to discuss the issue, believing Cynthia Morgan had been denied her stage name rights and financial dues.

“I was like, ‘Bros, this matter with Cynthia Morgan, how do we go take settle am? She is not getting her royalties,’” Verydarkman recalled.

However, Jude reportedly presented a 2016 video showing Cynthia Morgan rebranding herself as “Madrina”, disproving claims that she was denied the name change.

He also showed royalty statements indicating that Cynthia’s earnings totalled just \$3,860. According to Jude, the contract was drafted by Cynthia and her manager before being signed by him.

Verydarkman admitted that he felt embarrassed for confronting Jude without knowing the full facts. “I should not have gone online without confirming the story,” he said.
