Despite his rising fame, the rapper says he remains grounded by choosing service over luxury.

In a recent episode of the Jusmen 105.7 podcast, which also featured members of the Antiworld Gang, Odumodublvck described how he drove six hours to Ife, Osun State, to complete his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) assignment as a classroom teacher, even while turning down million-naira performance offers.

“Music is more than the ‘music.’ I’m arguably the hottest artist in the country right now. But I’m still driving six hours to Ife while turning down offers worth millions of naira just to serve schoolchildren,” he said.

The rapper added that he considers serving children a spiritual duty. “The main reason I’m serving the kids is because the closest thing to God is the children. So, if you serve children, you serve whatever purpose that you are after,” he added.

Odumodublvck, best known for hits like Pity This Boy and Declan Rice, has seen his popularity surge, earning widespread recognition for blending raw street energy with lyrical depth.
