Verydarkman and Davido relationship clarified as activist says he never received money or support from Davido, despite rumors surrounding their public interactions

Verydarkman Davido relationship has become a trending topic after the outspoken activist took to Instagram to shut down claims that singer Davido has financially supported him.

In his usual candid style, Verydarkman stated that he has never collected a dime from Davido, despite online rumors suggesting otherwise.

He revealed that he personally paid for his flight to Lagos and his hotel stay during a visit that many assumed was sponsored by the DMW boss.

“Anytime I talk about Davido people go say, ‘after all Davido has done for you.’ But the time I went to Lagos to see Davido, I paid my flight.

The hotel they say Davido lodged me in? I paid for it too,” he said in the video.

He explained that although some narratives were allowed for “entertainment purposes,” the reality is that Davido has not funded his NGO or any of his personal projects.

The clarification comes amid increasing speculation about celebrities backing social media influencers and activists.
