The controversy began after videos surfaced online showing women reportedly struggling to escape from men during a scheduled seven-day event, sparking widespread condemnation.

Reports suggest the event was scheduled to last for seven days, raising further alarm among members of the public and human rights advocates.

In one of the clips, a man was heard allegedly saying that any girl who comes outside during the period would be raped, while another voice suggested that women outside would become targets.
