Tottenham Hotspur have appointed Italian tactician Roberto De Zerbi as their new head coach, handing him a five-year contract to lead the club in the Premier League and European competitions.

Tottenham Hotspur confirmed the appointment following reports from football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who announced that De Zerbi had accepted the role with immediate effect.

Romano stated that the agreement is now complete, describing the move as a “here we go” moment, signalling final confirmation of the deal.

De Zerbi’s arrival follows Tottenham’s decision to part ways with Igor Tudor after a difficult spell in charge, marking another significant managerial shift at the North London club.
