The actor, speaking in an emotional and strongly worded message, said his decision to back the current administration was a mistake, describing the situation in the region as increasingly dire and distressing for ordinary citizens.

Sadiq Sani Sadiq alleged that insecurity has spread across several northern states, including Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto, Niger, Kebbi, Benue, Plateau, Borno, Yobe and Gombe, claiming that many communities are now living under constant threat.

The Kannywood actor Tinubu apology quickly gained attention online as he argued that the government had failed in its primary responsibility of protecting lives and property, insisting that rural farming communities have been particularly affected.

He further stated that agricultural activities, once the economic backbone of the region, have been severely disrupted due to rising violence, leaving many unable to access farmlands safely.

In a passionate appeal, Sadiq urged Nigerians not to repeat what he described as a political mistake in future elections, warning that continued hardship could worsen if urgent action is not taken.

The actor also accused the administration of deepening regional inequalities, claiming that development priorities were increasingly concentrated in Lagos, a remark that has sparked further debate among social media users.

His comments add to a growing chorus of public criticism from northern voices expressing concern over security challenges and economic strain, though government officials have consistently maintained that efforts are ongoing to address insecurity nationwide.
