MONTAI BOSS, HAJIA TAI ELEMOSHO-OKESANJO’S STRATEGY
Hajia Tai Elemosho has a lot of sterling qualities that stand her out
in a crowd, anywhere she goes to.
A woman of poise and grace, Montai, as she is affectionately called, has
been around in the Nigeria’s high society for decades.
Like an old wine, she gets better with age and she is still on top of
her game.
The 51-year-old beauty has continued to dazzle with her inspiring
business moves.
Her thriving business empire, Montai Shoes and Bags Store has grown in
leaps and bounds since it was established in 1999.
Montai’s winning strategy is the originality of the brand, and her own
personality, which has endeared her to a wide network of high-profile
clients from all walks of life.
Trained as a mass communicator at the University of Lagos, this woman of
substance did her national youth service with defunct Savannah Bank. She
subsequently joined the Commercial Department of Nigerian Television
Authority (NTA). She was also worked at the then Victory Merchant Bank
and later Victory Finance as Head, Treasury Department.
The success story of the Montai brand is a testament to her intellectual
capabilities and prowess in business.
