It seems Senator Florence Ita Giwa, a former Special Adviser to formerPresident Olusegun Obasanjo, has entered a covenant of sorts with her Creator to dedicate the rest of life for the service of humanity.

Since she left the corridor of power she has fully dedicate her time and money for the service of humanity.

The kind-heart-hearted woman stood as a voice for her people of Bakassi. She is at the forefront of a better life for her people.

Senator Ita-Giwa, as a mother figure, took it upon herself by taking up the responsibility of 14 Bakassi Children. She is solely responsible for financing their education till University level. Petroleum Engineering, Eyo Daniel Edet Univeristy of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana studied Mechanical Engineering, Giwa Roberts, Babcock Univeristy Ilishan-Remo Ogun State studied Computer Science and Bassey Precious, Babcock University Ilishan-Remo, studied Information Resource Management graduated from the university with good grades.

So on Thursday the 8th of August, she hosted them to a soirée at her highbrow restaurant, “Echos of Calabar” Victoria Island, Lagos.The event as gathered was attended by many top personalities from different walks of life.
