The league announced that registration for the new season will close on Saturday, 14 March 2026, at 12:00 midnight.

According to a statement released by the NLO, any club that fails to meet its financial obligations by the deadline will face immediate exclusion from the league.

The NLO Secretariat emphasised that it does not have the authority to extend the deadline, as the mandate is fixed by the Congress, the league’s highest decision-making body.

“Any club in violation of these payment requirements will be officially assumed to have withdrawn their participation from the league,” the statement said.

“To avoid penalties, clubs must ensure all payments are processed and confirmed before the deadline.”

The league further revealed that team groupings for the 2026 season will only be finalised once full payments have been received.

The announcement serves as a reminder to clubs to settle their dues promptly to maintain eligibility.

The NLO has consistently enforced financial compliance as part of its governance, citing fairness and proper league management as key priorities.
