Oba Fakowajo peace appeal urges Osun youths and political actors to reject violence ahead of the 15 August 2026 governorship election
As political activities intensify ahead of the August 15, 2026 Osun State governorship election, the Ọlẹẹgbẹ of Akingbade Ipoye Ife Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdul Yakeen Zakariyah Fakowajo Adekayaoja, has appealed to youths and residents of Ile-Ife to shun violence and uphold the values of peace, unity and responsible citizenship.
