The Independent Consultative Council (ICC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) held a successful ward meeting at Ward 3, Okeagbe-Akoko, in Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The meeting was attended by a large number of party faithful and stakeholders, demonstrating the growing strength and popularity of the APC in the area.

The highlight of the meeting was the formal reception of decampees from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) into the APC fold. This development is a significant boost to the APC’s chances in upcoming elections.

Under the leadership of Mr. Olumide Aliu and Mr. Femi Oloruntoba (DG, ICC, Ward 3), the ICC welcomed the decampees and assured them of consideration for their interests.

The DG also thanked Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa for his infrastructural development in Ondo State.

The ICC’s commitment to the APC’s cause was evident in their registration of allegiance to Mr. Olumide Aliu and Barr. Timi Oguntuate.

This display of unity and solidarity is a testament to the ICC’s role in promoting the APC’s interests and advancing the well-being of the people of Ondo State, particularly in Akoko and Okeagbe.

The meeting, which took place at Mr. Olumide Aliu’s residence along Afin Road, marked a significant milestone in the APC’s efforts to consolidate its position in Ondo State and Akoko in general.
