Security operatives seal off venue of Yoruba Nation rally
Security Operatives were deployed to Nelson Mandela Freedom Park at Osogbo to stop Yoruba Nation Mega Rally on Saturday.
Policemen, Civil Defence Corps and men of Amotekun Corps were sighted at the venue in different strategic spots, apparently to prevent participants from accessing the venue.
After close observation by our correspondent before leaving the venue around 9am, none of the organisers of the rally had arrived in the area.
But the participants later regrouped under November 27 Bridge along Osogbo/Gbongan Road, Osogbo.
