Popular Nigerian TikTok sensation Elizabeth Amadou, famously known as Jarvis, has confirmed her engagement to fellow content creator Habeeb Hamzat, also known as Peller, putting an end to widespread speculation surrounding their relationship.

In an exclusive interview with Channels Television, Jarvis revealed that the engagement was genuine and came as a surprise.

“The engagement part. Yes, that’s true. He actually engaged me, shockingly,” she disclosed.

Although the ring “was not fit to me,” she added that it remains “safe at home,” and their commitment stands.

Jarvis and Peller have built a loyal fanbase with their entertaining, often dramatic online videos, which many assumed were scripted. But Jarvis made it clear their relationship is rooted in reality.

“The thing is that our reality—we are actually real. So people take our reality as content, but we are actually real. Whatever fight, argument, play—everything—it’s real. So there is no faking there.”

With time, I got to find out that he was actually into me, so I grew to love or like him.

The digital couple’s romance began to blossom offline in 2023, though Peller had shown interest earlier.

“With time, I got to find out that he was actually into me, so I grew to love or like him,” she said.

Reflecting on her first impressions, Jarvis admitted, “You cannot judge someone online… until I met him in real life and I saw that he had a character offline. It’s literally cool and more than I thought.”

She also addressed the challenge of balancing their highly visible relationship with personal boundaries.

“Marriage is something serious… and we are playing too much on the internet. I don’t think people or family actually take us seriously,” Jarvis explained.

The couple now appears to be considering a more private approach going forward, despite the public attention their love story continues to draw.
