President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commended Mr Tunde Rahman, Senior Special Assistant on Media and Special Duties, for his loyalty, dedication, and outstanding service over the years as he marked his 60th birthday.

President Tinubu used the milestone to highlight Rahman’s enduring commitment, describing him as a dependable aide who has played a significant role in advancing his media and political engagements.

The President recalled Rahman’s tenure as Adviser on Media, noting his strong leadership and remarkable work ethic, particularly in the period leading up to the 2023 presidential election.

During that time, Rahman served as a key political liaison and media strategist, helping to shape communication efforts.

President Tinubu described Rahman as a conscientious journalist and seasoned newspaper editor who consistently upheld professionalism while using journalism to promote public good and social justice.

“I especially celebrate Tunde Rahman for his outstanding qualities on the celebration of his 60th birthday. He is a dedicated, humble and extraordinarily loyal personal aide who serves with utmost dedication,” the President said.

President Tinubu also praised Rahman’s unwavering alignment with progressive ideals, noting that his counsel has remained sincere and free of hidden motives.

“I appreciate his contributions to our progressive ideals and promotion of good governance in our country. Tunde is a steadfast and reliable personal aide whose advice and suggestions are sincere and free of any hidden agenda,” he added.
