Kwankwaso NNPP statement confirms his commitment to the party as the New Nigeria People’s Party prepares for the 2027 general elections.

Speaking yesterday at the party’s National Executive Committee meeting in Abuja, the former governor emphasized that he has no plans to decamp. “We have our party and we are comfortable. We are happy,” Kwankwaso said.

He assured members that the party leadership will remain fair and transparent, stating, “We will try and be fair. We will continue to be and ensure that there is fairness for everybody.”

Kwankwaso also emphasized flexibility, noting that the NNPP is open to discussions and negotiations but will maintain a collective approach.

“We are flexible. We are ready to talk to anybody. As far as we are concerned, we are doing our business,” he added.

National Chairman Ajuji Ahmed highlighted the party’s readiness to grow stronger despite challenges ahead of the 2027 polls. He assured members that all difficulties will be addressed as the NNPP positions itself for future success.
