Weeks after House 30 Bar and Lounge, located in the serene and upscale Akora Villas, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, rolled out the drums to celebrate its second anniversary, the proprietors have unveiled plans to open a strictly-for-lodging outlet within the estate.According to Akinwale Oluwaleimu, the CEO of Seanlex Entertainment, the parent company of the hospitality outfit, “Our growing clientele base and demand for our services has necessitated having a second branch. Thankfully, we were lucky to get a property within the same estate for this purpose.” He disclosed that unlike the pioneer outlet which has decent accommodation, a functional bar and lounge, the new outlet would be strictly for accommodation. “We don’t have a bar or lounge there except for top-notch room services. The intention is to ensure that those who come to lodge enjoy the full complements of our accommodation experience.”Indeed, since its opening, House 30 has quickly emerged as one of the go-to places for classy and exclusive lounging experience in Ikeja and environ especially for its near-perfect valet and dining services and courteous staff. A newly remodelled VVIP lounge area for private parties was opened days before the anniversary while it regularly plays host to its clientele and revelers on Thursdays (Old Skool Night) and Fridays (Comedy Night).
“We are extremely humbled to not only still be here but to be adding new attractions to start our third year of growth. We are always looking for ways to improve the House 30 lounge experience.“We listened to customer feedback on what is missing from the area; what we needed to do to improve their experience once inside the door, and we took a little time last year to remodel the layout of the venue,” said Oluwaleimu. He assured guests during the well-attended anniversary celebrations that the new House 30 Hotel would open for business in a matter of weeks. Some of the notable guests included the publisher of Ovation magazine and former presidential aspirant, Bashorun Dele Momodu; PR guru, Yomi Badejo-Okusanya; the publisher, Global Excellence magazine, Mayor Akinpelu; former Commissioner for Tourism in Lagos State, Hon.
