Adron Homes, on 12th of January, 2025, commenced its week-long National Retreat, themed “The CEO’s Retreat: Beyond and Above 2025,” aimed at reinforcing leadership excellence and strategic growth as the company gears up for its 2025 vision.

The retreat featured insightful training sessions facilitated by the company’s leadership who are also industry experts, offering participants valuable knowledge and tools to elevate their personal professional impact.

At the retreat, the Chairman/CEO, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, delivered a transformative session on Transformational Leadership, Performance Optimisation, and Human Capital Development. He said, “The greatest secret to performance is commitment,” as he encouraged the company directors cum CEOs, to embrace dedication as the foundation of success.

The Vice Chairman/CEO, Olori Aderonke Emmanuelking, led an enlightening training on “Frugality: Resource Efficiency for Individuals and Companies.” She shared practical strategies for maximizing resources, stressing that “Maximizing the value of money equates to maximizing the value of time” and that “Frugality drives creativity.” Her session also drew from biblical wisdom, reminding participants that “There is a bread and a seed in every fund at your disposal”, while urging everyone to carefully assess costs before starting any project.

The Managing Director of Adron Homes, Adenike Ajobo, delivered an engaging session on “Empowering Leaders to Inspire, Motivate, and Manage Diverse Teams Effectively Beyond Uncertainties.” This training focused on equipping leaders with skills to foster innovation, resilience, and adaptability in the dynamic business environment.

In an impactful presentation on Business Performance Assessment, Business Process Reengineering, and Industry Positioning, The Director General of Customer Service, Aminat Hasstrup underscored the importance of continuous improvement and strategic positioning to sustain Adron Homes’ leadership in the real estate sector.

The retreat set the tone for renewed purpose and enhanced strategies, reaffirming Adron Homes’ commitment to fostering visionary leadership, resource efficiency, and innovation. Ogun State Government Issues Certificate of Occupancy to Adron Homes Estates in Shimawa

In a landmark gesture to showcase Ogun State commitment to fostering a conducive environment for real estate development, the Ogun State Government, under the able leadership of His Excellency, Prince (Dr) Dapo Abiodun MFR, CON, has issued the Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) for Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 2 (City of David) and Treasure Park and Gardens phase 3 (Capetown Estate), to the foremost real estate developer in Nigeria, Adron Homes.

This milestone reflects the state government’s unwavering dedication to partnering with credible organisations that are driving development and growth in the real estate sector. By issuing the C of O to Adron Homes, the Ogun State Government has not only demonstrated its efficiency in processing land documentation, but has also emphasized its trust in reputable developers who prioritise excellence and compliance in their operations.

This recent issuance of the C of O by the Ogun State Government marks the second time the state has demonstrated its strong belief in the power of Public-Private Partnerships to drive development.

During the tenure of the previous administration, the past governor, His Excellency, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, similarly issued Certificates of Occupancy for Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 1 (Genesis Estate), and Treasure Park and Gardens (Glasshouse Estate). This continued collaboration shows a consistent commitment to fostering a thriving real estate sector, creating jobs, and delivering quality housing solutions for the people of Ogun State.

The Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, delivered a powerful address at the maiden edition of the Oyo State Real Estate Conference, organized by the office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing and Urban Development, in collaboration with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State Chapter.

Themed “Positioning and Globalization of Oyo State Real Estate – Road to Urbanization,” the event, held in Ibadan, brought together industry leaders, government officials, and stakeholders to discuss opportunities and challenges in the state’s real estate sector.

In attendance were notable dignitaries, including the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Bayo Lawal, the Special Adviser to the Oyo State Governor on Housing and Urban Development, Honourable Akinsete Olakunle, the REDAN Oyo State Chapter Chairman, and other key players in the real estate and urban development sector. Their collective presence underscored the significance of the conference and its importance to the state’s growth and development.

In his keynote speech, Aare Emmanuelking lauded the organizers for their forward-thinking vision, emphasizing that the conference came at a critical time when globalization and urbanization are reshaping the real estate landscape in Nigeria.

For the past six years, Adron Homes and Properties has been a proud sponsor of the Olojo Festival, which marks the new year in Yoruba cosmology. This historic festival attracts visitors from diverse backgrounds who come to celebrate with the Ooni as he dons the sacred Aare crown and offers prayers for the well-being of the Yoruba people, both locally and in the diaspora.
