Addressing stakeholders, Dangote said the event reflected both the group’s achievements and future strategy.

“This is an event that actually reflects not only how far we have come as a group, but also how we intend to move forward,” he said.

Dangote stressed that customer partnerships remain central to the company’s business model, noting that his role overseeing multiple markets and consumer segments underscores the importance of alignment with client needs.

“Strong customer partnerships are the foundation of sustainable growth in our group,” he said.

The business magnate highlighted recent transformations, including expanded manufacturing capacity, modernised distribution systems, and an enhanced brand portfolio, all driven by market realities and customer feedback.

Dangote acknowledged distributors and trade partners for supporting product launches and market expansion during challenging macroeconomic conditions.

He added that the awards presented at the event recognise excellence across the company’s customer base.

Looking ahead, Dangote outlined the group’s investment priorities, linking them directly to customer engagement.

“We will continue to invest in brand equity, supply chain efficiency, sustainability, and digital capabilities. But these investments only create value when aligned with customer realities,” he said.

Olakunle Alake, Chairman of the Board of Nascon Allied Industries Plc, said the company’s long-term growth depends on collaboration with customers and consistent market execution.

“Long-term growth is built on collaboration and not on transactions,” he said, stressing that customer service is both a core value and a strategic asset.
