Weeks after House 30 Bar and Lounge, located in the serene and upscale Akora Villas, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, rolled out the drums to celebrate its second anniversary, the proprietors have unveiled plans to open a strictly-for-lodging outlet within the estate.According to Akinwale Oluwaleimu, the CEO of Seanlex Entertainment, the parent company of the hospitality outfit, “Our growing clientele base and demand for our services has necessitated having a second branch. A newly remodelled VVIP lounge area for private parties was opened days before the anniversary while it regularly plays host to its clientele and revelers on Thursdays (Old Skool Night) and Fridays (Comedy Night).
“We are extremely humbled to not only still be here but to be adding new attractions to start our third year of growth. We are always looking for ways to improve the House 30 lounge experience.“We listened to customer feedback on what is missing from the area; what we needed to do to improve their experience once inside the door, and we took a little time last year to remodel the layout of the venue,” said Oluwaleimu.
